| Frank Batcha has been practicing real estate law for over 40 years and has handled as many transactions as almost any attorney in the State of New Jersey. Frank established himself as one of the leading real estate attorneys in Monmouth County during the 1970's and quickly became the attorney for many National Relocation Companies including Merrill Lynch Relocation (now Prudential Relocation), Equitable Relocation and Relocation Realty. Over the years Frank has also represented Weichert Relocation, GMAC Relocation and PHH Mortgage Services. Frank received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Lehigh University in 1961 and his LLB from Rutgers Law School in 1964. Frank served as a Law Clerk to a Superior Court Judge before beginning his private practice in 1965. Frank has also served as a Municipal Court Judge and has been a Member of the Monmouth County Bar Association. Frank continues to represent both corporate Relocation companies and individual clients in the purchase and sale of real estate throughout the State of New Jersey. His practice is based in Pennington and Freehold, where he has maintained an office since 1965.
